4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment. You can also track orders through your Mukzin account dashboard.

5. Customs & Import Duties

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which vary by country.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable import fees, duties, or taxes levied by their local authorities.
• Mukzin is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Failed Deliveries / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed status:

• You may request a reshipment (shipping fees apply)
• Or request a refund (minus original shipping cost)

7. Pre-Orders or Delayed Items

If you order an item marked as pre-order or backorder, the estimated delivery time will be clearly noted on the product page.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together unless otherwise requested.

1. Return & Exchange Conditions

• We accept returns and exchanges within 45 days from the date of delivery.
• Returned items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original, undamaged packaging suitable for resale
• Items with stains, marks, smears, or tears in the fabric or tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Returns made after 45 days will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team via email to inform us of your request and provide the following:

• Tracking Number of the returned parcel
• List and quantity of items being returned

Please ensure the address is complete. Incomplete address submissions may result in the package being undeliverable.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

3. Shipping Guidelines for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
• Use a trackable shipping method.
• Please declare the parcel as a gift and set the value at $20 USD to avoid unnecessary duties or taxes. Any extra charges incurred are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Refunds

• Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, we will initiate the refund process.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time:
  • 3–7 business days after inspection
  • You will be notified via email once the refund is completed.

5. Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process.
• Place a new order after the return is accepted.
• Return shipping for exchanges is at the customer’s expense.

6. Out-of-Stock Situations & Address Issues

• In cases of out-of-stock items, we will contact you for replacement or refund options.
• If your shipping address is incomplete or flagged as a remote area, we may contact you to provide a building number or cover the additional shipping surcharge.
